Sex Offender Notification Law

     The sex offender notification law requires states to adopt a system to notify the community that a sex offender has established residence nearby. This law has been the center of many arguments. On the one hand, this community notification law seems a good way of allowing residents to protect themselves and their families from a convicted offender. ______ __________________.
